Vanilla Muffins


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk

Method :

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk and stirring until just combined.
  7. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  9. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Serve and enjoy your delicious vanilla muffins!

Optional: You can also add your favorite mix-ins, such as chocolate chips or berries, to the batter before baking.
