French Fries
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs potatoes, washed and dried
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes into thin strips about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the potato strips in a large bowl and toss with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the potatoes and toss again to coat.
- Arrange the potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the fries for 25-30 minutes, turning them over halfway through cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the fries hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
