Garlic Bread in Oven

Garlic Bread 


  • 1 French baguette or loaf of bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the baguette or bread into slices about 1 inch thick. Place the slices on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt until well combined.
  4. Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter on each slice of bread.
  5. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the bread from the oven and serve immediately. You can sprinkle extra parsley on top for garnish, if desired.
