Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 French baguette or loaf of bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the baguette or bread into slices about 1 inch thick. Place the slices on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt until well combined.
- Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter on each slice of bread.
- Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the bread from the oven and serve immediately. You can sprinkle extra parsley on top for garnish, if desired.
