Vegetable Cheese Pizza
Ingredients :
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough into a circle and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
- Top the pizza with sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion, and black olives.
- Drizzle the pizza with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
