Vegetable Cheese Pizza 

Ingredients :

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough into a circle and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
  5. Top the pizza with sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion, and black olives.
  6. Drizzle the pizza with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
